The calendars and tables are valid for selected locations within Bulgaria, Slovakia or Czechia only and they are non-transferable. The full VSOP87 and ELP2000 theories were used to calculate the data used for the calendar. Due to frequent updates, this website is available in English only. In case you want to view this website in another language, use Google Chrome to translate it to your desired language. Manuals for the calendars are in EN, BG, CZ and SK.

Astronomy is a way of life. It takes many years of learning to understand the Universe. In fact, with the constant inflow of new discoveries, astronomy is a life-long journey that never stops. Astronomy is also about sharing. Nobody owns the stars. Moreover, large observatories and space missions are funded from public finances. I publish for free in order to popularize fundamental classical astronomy as there are nearly no any good resources neither on the internet nor printed in the bookshops (in most countries). There are some free resources on the internet for astronomers created by astronomers. Corporations print only books that sell in large quantities and for maximum financial profit compromising the quality. By buying those books, in fact, the laic readers decide what will be printed. By raising the standards of free publications, we put pressure on the commercial publishers to improve their publications as well.
